I have always been a really big fan of Barbershop music (a contributing factor to The Music Man being my favorite musical of all time), so I knew that I needed to write a Barbershop-style tune to open the record. Problem is, the approach hadn’t been updated in about 75 years...so I had to give it a dose of 21st-Century reality ;) Lyrics were written in 10min, one draft (in pen...oops!). A lot of clues in this one...
